Cardo literally means, that on which something hinges, it is the principle point. That on which we all hinge, our principal point is our Character, and Character is acquired. We will show you how.

We found in our own lives and through our research that millions of people are struggling to find personal fulfillment. We sought fulfillment from material things like new cars, boats, homes etc. but those things did not fulfill. They were empty victories. Many of us view a fulfilling life as a distant dream because of constant challenges we face with our careers, marriage, children, finances, health, and countless other situations. We don't have to look far to see that our society has distorted our vision on what it means to lead a personally fulfilling life.

Cardo is a research-based program that taps into core, ancient, Biblical and Greek models of personal development and teachings. Cardo is based on the primary principles that state: Greatness flows out of ones character The primary purpose of life is to seek and find fulfillment, which leads to peace and living great in all things - small, big, good and bad, one cannot fail at Cardo. Cardo allows people to do greater things.

Jon Simmons Cardo Founder
Jon Simmons, Founder of Cardo, has been recognized as a highly successful international business executive and entrepreneur for the past 20 years. He founded one of the first Web companies called Navidec (NVDC), which specialized in the creation of global Web development tools and services. Simmons went on to a successful career with Oracle Corporation and quickly became known as one of their top business strategist and executives. As a business consultant to both large and small companies, Jon continued to see that something was missing within the current marketplace of personal improvement, self-help, leadership, coaching and personal potential. What he discovered in his research was Cardo: A model extracted from the ancient Greek system of Virtue and the Bible. Simmons became so convinced that he has made the choice to dedicate his life to Cardo.

Patrick Drummond Cardo Founding Member
Patrick has spent over 25 years in leading edge high tech and software organizations.  He has held various sales and sales management positions.  He has achieved success with both startups and large organizations. His career started at Hewlett Packard. At HP, his entrepreneur interests piqued and he has since has focused mostly on pre IPO companies in their formalization phase. He has had IPO success.  He has a passion to live his faith, enjoys life at its fullest, and celebrates success.

Ronald Krempasky Cardo Founding Member
Ronald Krempasky has over twenty years in sales, sales management and various entrepreneurial business endeavors in a wide spectrum of sectors from technology to education. He has championed many successful leading education initiatives including public/private partnerships and extended learning programs. This groundbreaking work helped provide valuable academic and life skills to thousands of school aged children across the country. Krempasky founded RJK Enterprises to further connect organizations and individuals to enrich the lives of others. He is a founding member of Cardo Inc., having supported the organization during its initial formation and development. His personal mission is to be in a position of influence to help people and organizations worldwide unleash their potential for the greater good within themselves, their families, community and society.

Patrick Maloney (MSW, LCSW, CAC III)
Patrick is a psychotherapist and spiritual director in private practice in Littleton, CO. His practice areas include general issues around anxiety, anger and/or depression, as well as specialties with addictions, couple relationships and treating those who have experienced trauma or abuse in their lives. Patrick worked diligently through the experience and impact for individuals resulting from the tragedy at Columbine High School to help many directly and indirectly impacted overcome the challenges experienced and faced in the aftermath of the crisis. Patrick has almost 30 years ministry experience in facilitating or leading retreats and spiritually focused experiences for teens and adults. Patrick has integrated his expertise of the physical/biological, the psychological and the spiritual into a full and complete package for growth, renewal and transformation toward authentic fulfillment.

Peet James
Peet was a Principal at start up Qualis Design Corp and owned eVera Consulting Corp. James is the author of the book, "Verification Plans". He co-founded the Flatiron Community Church in Lafayette, Colorado - one of the fastest growing and most innovative Churches in the country. Peet served as a Primetime Singles Ministry Leader at Willow Creek Community Church in Barrington, IL. He has over 20 years experience as a small group leader. He is on the board of directors, spiritual and protocol writer for Marked Men for Christ a leading edge men's ministry.
He attended LeTourneau University and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School
