Philosophy

Our philosophy towards business is the same as our philosophy towards life:

All events from the smallest to the largest are simply opportunities for giving the best of ourselves.  This means that we look at the facts of any given situation, not the politics, and we use our creativity to create solutions based on those facts.  There is always in business, as in life, results that are different than what was expected, in fact this is the norm.  Our belief and the methodology we use is based upon humility and courage.  The humility to look at the new set of facts and the courage to try again, and again until it is right.

We work with organizations that desire a culture of excellence.  A culture of excellence is not one of personality.  We do not use Myers-Briggs or any of the "personality" tools in the marketplace.  Our tools are based on Character, which means we develop the ability for an organization to respond to all situations rightly with humility and courage.     Our goal is to be the best and to give the best advice and service, period.

Our small highly skilled management team has over 100 years of sales, marketing, IT and operational experience.  We have taken companies public, have created large divisions within major corporations, managed partner channels, and development organizations.  We have delivered over $1 Billion in revenue in our careers.

We believe that the hardest function for any business is sales.  Generating good revenue is hard, it just is.   We have been and still are in the trenches.   Most companies even large ones do not even know what there sales pipeline is and how much truth there is in it.   We work to create good behavior in sales and predictable revenue streams.
